   [ The Infernos Band ]
Bobby Wells, former Musical Director for The Dupree's and current leader and founder of The Infernos Band, asked 3 time Grammy Award Winner and former member of the Motown group "The Commodores", Kenny Simmons just to do a couple of shows with him to fill in for another singer. Little did they both know that accepting Bobby's offer would change the course of both their lives forever?
The first performance with the band was at The Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City, 30 days after the World Trade Center disaster. Attending the performance were the surviving NYPD, NYFD & EMS workers, who were so very grateful for the bands dedication to bringing a little ray of light and hope to them during our nations most darkest hour. Kenny Simmons performed a rendition of "America The Beautiful" that night that brought tears to the eyes of both men and women alike that evening. So moving was the performance that a CD was created shortly after to recapture the moment. Giving The Infernos Band their 1st hit CD entitled " The Millennium Project " sold exclusively on Amazon.Com with proceeds going to the World Trade Center Relief Fund.
For the Summer of 2002, in an unprecedented move the New Jersey Parks Department has commissioned The Infernos Band to star in its State of New Jersey Outdoor Summer Concerts Series. During the course of the summer the band will be playing in 16 cities tour in New Jersey from June to August 2002. Joining the band on various stages will be. Little Anthony And The Imperials, Johnny Maestro and The Brooklyn Bridge, and from The Soprano's New Jersey's own Little Steven.

   [ The Inverkeithing Community Big Band ]
This great band was formed in the Spring of 1999 with the aid of Lottery money. The idea was to set up a band to allow access to music for people who normally wouldn't have the chance (eg: parents with mortgages, people who hadn't had the opportunity to learn an instrument when young, those who had learned to play when younger but had to stop for some reason, etc) as well as to offer an outlet for school orchestra members once they leave school. The band takes on all levels (except absolute beginners), and ages (10 to "Mind your own business"). The aim is to provide Entertainment, Education and Enjoyment through music. Repertoire is mainly big band music, but also includes show tunes and favourites. The band meets on Monday evenings during school term as an evening class at Inverkeithing High School. It performs a minimum of 13 concerts a year (part of the Lottery funding rules), mainly fund-raising events for charities. Most concerts are in Fife, Scotland, although the band will tour and has twice toured to Edinburgh and Mull. The band's website includes photos of recent concerts as well as sound bites from recent concerts.
